Every morning, 15-year-old Millan wakes up to a world that feels like it's changing faster than he can keep up.

As Millan walks to school, the questions follow him.

Like many young people, Millan isn't short of information. He is surrounded by it.

Today's young people are growing up in a world shaped by rapid technological innovation, environmental uncertainty and constant social change. They are expected to prepare for the future, yet they are rarely given opportunities to explore what that future could become or the role they can play in shaping it.

Through futures thinking, systems thinking, participatory research and design thinking, we create hands-on learning experiences where young people investigate real-world challenges, imagine alternative futures and turn ideas into meaningful action.

Because the future is not something that simply happens to young people.

It is something they can help create.
