Wat we bieden

Future School Lab
Young people are reimagining education by exploring learning environments, wellbeing, creativity and future skills. They investigate current challenges and co-design ideas for the schools of tomorrow while creating more inclusive, engaging and learner-centered educational experiences.
Future Cities Lab
Participants explore how cities can become more sustainable and inclusive. Through observation and design activities, they develop ideas to improve public spaces, transportation and community life while imagining more liveable and resilient communities for the future.
Climate Futures Lab
Young people explore climate change, sustainability, and community resilience through systems thinking and futures exploration. Participants investigate climate risks, including extreme weather and disaster preparedness, while developing innovative ideas and practical solutions that help create more resilient communities.
AI Futures Lab
Young people explore how artificial intelligence is transforming learning, creativity, work and society. Using futures thinking and hands-on activities, they investigate emerging technologies, develop critical AI literacy and imagine how AI can contribute to more sustainable, inclusive, and human-centered futures.
Beyond our Labs
Every community faces different challenges, and every group of young people has unique interests and aspirations. That's why we work with schools, libraries, youth organizations, municipalities and community partners to co-design workshops that respond to local needs and emerging issues.
Whether the focus is climate action, future careers, AI, wellbeing, belonging, leadership, community resilience, or another topic, we use the same participatory, creative and futures-focused approach to help young people explore ideas, build confidence and create positive change.

Voor wie zijn de programma's?
Our programs are designed for youth aged 13 to 20 , with activities tailored to different age groups, learning needs, and experience levels. Whether participants are in high school or involved in community-based youth programs, our workshops are adapted to ensure they are engaging, relevant and age-friendly.
Hoe ziet een typische workshop eruit?
A typical Participatory Futures Lab workshop is highly interactive, creative and collaborative. Instead of passively listening to presentations, young people actively explore real-world challenges through discussion, research, hands-on activities and teamwork.
A workshop can begin with a big question such as "What might our city look like in 2040?" or "How could artificial intelligence change the way we learn and work?". Participants explore the topic using observation, interviews, storytelling, system mapping, creative exercises, and future-thinking tools. They work together to generate ideas, build prototypes, create future scenarios and share their solutions with the group.
